That is not against server rules, he was not wasting infantry and I reckon the strip/warfac and hand/racks were still up :P

Probably a WW2 antique, you can buy those things and privately own them, I've seen a documentary about this guy in GB with a whole freakin' army of old WW2 vechs, including tanks. Also I believe there is a pink tank driving around in London at times, some excentric old fart bought an old Sherman I believe and spraypainted it pink.
