Ok, I?ve got a printing problem on my network at home, and I?m hoping that someone may have a suggestion to fix it. (And no coments about the naming conventions being used. J)
The attached image shows a rough layout for my set up. Here?s the problem:
I can send a print job from any of the 4 computers (including Picard ? the ?file/print server), and the jobs get spooled up to 99%, but then they just freeze. There is no actual printing that takes place. Also, I can go into the printer maintenance screen on Picard, and tell it to print the page that cleans the print nozzles and that will print perfectly, but if I try to print an actual test page, I get the same problem as above.
I?ve uninstalled and reinstalled the printer. I?ve moved the connection to different USB ports on the computer.
This worked up until Sunday when I was attempting to add another computer onto the network. (yes, I?ve disconnected the new computer)
Anyone have any other suggestions?
